Star quilt make for my grand daughter for her new bed. Blue with pink
flowers for the back.
This
was fun to make, you piece the middle section with different fabrics.
You do not know how it will look until you are finished.
I donated this quilt for a charity. Embroidery squares.
Quilt as you go is a fast way to get a quilt finished. I do this most of
the time. This technique is great for larger quilts.
Crazy quilting is another fun way to quilt. You never know how it will
look until you are finish.

I made this King Size Quilt (17" squares), for my daughter and son-in-law for
their 9th year wedding anniversary.
This side is Log Cabin design, with four corner design for the 4 children
they have.
The reverse side of the quilt is the Memory theme technique. Pictures were
printed on fabric, then the quilt fabric was sewn to the pictures in the Log
Cabin design to complete the 17" square's. The hardest part was picking
out which pictures to use.
For my grandson's 2nd birthday I made him a double bed size quilt, which is
reversible. One side is embroidered in each square with cars; motor bikes
and airplanes and I used children fabrics for a boy. On the other
side is more manly fabrics for when he gets older.
